HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We use ePacket shipping to provide you with fast and reliable shipping. All orders shipped will come with a shipping number to track your order.

WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T VALID?

Sometimes the tracking information is valid only after 5 days.

CAN YOU SEND MY PURCHASE DIRECTLY TO A GIFT RECIPIENT?
Yes. Plese enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. Receipts are never included with any orders.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING AND SHOES?
We offer different sizes for different clothing and shoes. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none let us know. Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them smaller than Europe/US!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1 - 2 business days after you finished your payment. if demand very high delivery can took time 2 week to 4 weeks.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. let us know within 8 hours of your purchase that you want to cancel.
Note : once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?
Moms & Kid is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country. Custom Duty, Taxes & Other Fees You may need to pay overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Your local customs office should be able to provide more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations if you contact them directly.
